Families seeking housing assistance must first call 211 to begin the process with the county. Friends Association has two pathways for families to access our services. Referrals to our Family Center come through the countywide 211 coordinated entry system, while Eviction Prevention Case Resolution (EPCR) cases are referred to us directly from city-specific eviction dockets.
