The Chester County ERAP Program Closed to New Applications
Attention residents of Chester County: Effective February 16, 2024, the Chester County Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance (ERAP) program that supported individuals and families who experienced a reduction in household income, significant costs related to housing, or financial hardship during, or due to COVID-19, is now closed to new applications.
